GFT BOOTCAMP what is it?
GFT (Group Fitness Training) is operated by Kelly Goody, a qualified personal trainer, who will make sure you are put through your paces to achieve your fitness goals.
It is a mixed sex bootcamp which is fun, challenging and varied. You will have the opportunity to train with tyres, ropes, powerbags, suspension trainers, kettlebells and most importantly, your BODY!
Each session is tailored to have a progressive or regressive exercise option in order for you to get the best from your workout. You will also be made to feel part of an exercise community that will build your confidence and push you to reach your fitness goals.
